I Joined a Virtual Choir!

Virtual shows are the new norm for most thespians, and I have to admit that I really do love it! Don't get me wrong, I love the thrill of rehearsing with a cast, dancing on stages, and falling in love with the spotlight as you belt your 11:00 number for the 37th time. But there's a new sort of thrill that comes with virtual shows. I suppose the best part about it is that it's on the internet (YouTube or Facebook) forever and you can watch the show whenever you please, which you can't get with a live performance. It's also beautiful to see so many people come together from all over the world to put on a performance from the comfort (and safety) of their own homes.


Recently I performed with Valley Villagers Choir, directed by Eric Andrist and Jeff Rizzo, for their Grandparents Day celebration video. This gorgeous choir sang "The Story Goes On" from the musical Baby by David Shire and Richard Maltby, and it was a hit! Watch it below:
